We want your jewelry to reach you safely, and we want you to know exactly what to expect before you order. Here's how it works.

Payment

Made-to-order pieces need a 30% advance before we start. Once the piece is ready, we'll send you photos, and the balance is due before it ships - we don't send anything out on partial payment. We don't offer cash on delivery.

If you're buying something ready-to-ship, pay 30% to book it and we'll set up a video call so you can see the actual piece before committing to the rest. Once you're happy with it, pay the balance and we'll dispatch.

Shipping

Within India, shipping is already built into the price, so there's no separate charge. For international orders, we'll message you on WhatsApp with the shipping cost once we have your address - it varies too much by location to quote upfront. Every parcel is insured.

Delivery usually takes 2 to 45 days. The shorter end is for ready-to-ship pieces; the longer end covers custom orders, which take time to make properly, plus any delays that come up along the way. If a delivery is running late - because of a weekend, courier delays, whatever - just call or WhatsApp us and we'll check on it.

Damage Claims

If something arrives damaged, we need an unedited video of you opening the parcel - start to finish, no cuts, no pauses - with the tracking slip and your name clearly visible. Send that over and we'll sort out the best resolution for you.

Each piece is stamped with the '925' mark, guaranteeing its authenticity as 92.5% pure sterling silver. This hallmark assures you of premium quality and lasting value in every creation.

We take pride in the quality of our jewellery. However, normal wear and tear, such as minor bead and stones fallen out, covered under our repair policy.

Damage resulting from major breakage, accidental impact, improper handling, or misuse is not eligible for free repair.

Services such as re-polishing, re-plating, or refinishing are not included and will be offered at an additional cost if requested.

All repair requests are subject to product inspection and service feasibility, and applicable charges will be communicated in advance

• Silver jewelry is likely to get tarnished when it comes in contact with the atmosphere. Store your jewelry in the special pouch or box it came in to protect it from chipping, rubbing and getting tangled.
• Keep your jewelry away from moisture and extreme temperatures.
• Gently clean it with a soft dry cotton cloth to restore the original shine if it gets dirty/tarnished.
• Always dry your jewelry before putting it away.
• Always put your jewelry on last while getting ready. 
• Always remove your jewelry before exercising, swimming, showering, or washing your face/hands.
• A cloth/felt-lined box is also fine to store jewelry. Another way is to wrap your jewelry in a cotton/muslin cloth and keep it inside a plastic zip-lock bag.
• Always check that the clasps and locks in the jewelry are intact and working properly.
