Terms of Service - White Dust Jewels

Welcome to White Dust Jewels. By browsing our site or placing an order, you're agreeing to the terms below - worth a quick read before you buy.

1. Orders & Payment

Made-to-order pieces need a 30% advance to confirm. Once your piece is ready, we'll share photos, and the balance is due before we ship - nothing goes out until it's fully paid. Ready-to-ship pieces work a bit differently: 30% books it, then we'll set up a video call so you can see it before you pay the rest. We don't offer cash on delivery.

2. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping within India is included in the price. For international orders, we'll send you the cost over WhatsApp once we have your address. Made-to-order pieces generally take 30-35 days to produce, and delivery can shift a bit depending on weekends, holidays, or things outside our control.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Once production starts, we can't cancel or refund the order. If something arrives damaged or wrong, tell us within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photos. Damage claims also need an unedited unboxing video showing the tracking slip and your order details.

4. Customization

Custom pieces can't be changed after we've started making them. If you need a small tweak, get in touch within 24 hours of ordering and we'll see what we can do.

5. Product Care

We put real care into every piece, but normal wear, rough handling, or contact with harsh chemicals isn't covered under warranty. Stick to the care instructions we provide and your jewelry should hold up well.

6. Your Information

Whatever you share with us - phone number, address, that kind of thing - stays private and is only used to process your order and help if you need support.

7. Disputes

If something goes wrong, reach out and we'll work through it with you. White Dust Jewels makes the final call on how claims are resolved.
